- Your central role
- Providing expert advice and taking professional responsibility for assigned tasks within the ERGO Group in the areas of global HR reporting, HR analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and global job architecture.
- Defining global HR reporting standards, KPIs, and compliance metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Fostering global HR analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making and designing and delivering standardized global HR reports in alignment with local reporting requirements.
- Supporting the global Strategic Workforce Planning’s annual cycle by working with the data in related tools.
- Accompanying, leading, and managing projects.
Your profile
- Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR controlling/analytics within a global context.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics on a global scale.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data, with proficiency in HR software and tools (e. g., SAP Success Factors, HR Forecast).
- Excellent level in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment in global teams and adapt strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
- Experience leading projects from conception to execution, with strong organizational skills.
