IHRE AUFGABEN
Your central role
- Support of the negotiation and placement, documentation and controlling of assumed and ceded reinsurance in coordination with the Global Reinsurance team and with business managers and stakeholders
- Analysis of the underlying portfolios for risk quantification and for the optimisation of the value- and risk-based steering
- Design and underwriting of reinsurance structures and contracts including the consideration of strategic benefits and costs
- Optimisation and safeguarding of cross-company processes under consideration of the legal, regulatory and internal framework conditions (Solvency II, IFRS 17, economic steering, ICS, Nat-Cat exposure and budget planning, large loss communication)
- Project design and -management for the development of the reinsurance tool landscape consisting of databases and analytics layer; support of internal and cross-divisional projects

Your profile
- Analytical, reflective and solution-oriented way of thinking, structured approach to problem solving
- Project and stakeholder management experience including respective communication and intercultural skills
- Ability to learn fast and commitment to learn enhanced ways to utilise the Microsoft Office product suite (e.g. use and / or programming of VBA, use Word styles & references, use Excel PowerQuery, use OneNote)
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
