About the role
Are you passionate about data management and innovation? Join our team as a Master Data Manager and play a key role in driving the success of our cutting-edge antenna development projects. You\’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative R&D environment where your expertise in master data management will help shape the future of antenna technology.

What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee the creation, maintenance, verification, and release of master data to support product lifecycle management.
2. Manage and maintain product master data, including Material Master and Bill of Materials (BOM), in SAP.
3. Ensure high-quality data through reports, queries, and mass data updates.
4. Support system transformation initiatives and the rollout of new processes across multiple sites.
5. Drive problem-solving initiatives and conduct root cause analysis to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring:

1. A degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
2. Strong background in change management, configuration management, or process engineering.
3. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, SAP, and master data management systems.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize processes.
5. A structured, results-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
7. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
