About this opportunity:
As a HR Delivery Specialist at Ericsson you will be working closely with our hiring leaders, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and using data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions. You will be the linchpin in ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. You\’ll manage everything from crafting engaging job adverts to preparing candidates for their first day, all while delivering outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do:
- Execution of HR policies & processes: advise on interpretation of legislation, processes and policies, ensure compliance with legislation, processes and policies
- Deliver HR services: support candidate sourcing and selection process, Draft employee offers, contracts and agreements within a set framework
- Provide functional expertise: propose improvements on processes and tools, develop work instructions
- Provide project support: provide operational knowledge to projects
- Manage HR delivery: ensure compliance with data privacy legislation
- Manage HR data
What will you bring
Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, either from in-house, RPO or agency.
Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
Personal Attributes: Adaptability, results orientation, creativity, resilience, and a commitment to ethical hiring practices.
What happens once you apply?
This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Talent Acquisition Partners. The successful candidates will receive an offer to join our team after completed the full assessment process.
