Overview
In this role you will lead Health & Safety consulting projects for diverse clients, helping them improve safety performance, manage risk, and achieve regulatory compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated EHS and sustainability solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of ERM's Health & Safety practice. The position offers exposure to multinational clients, complex challenges, and opportunities to shape safety programs and capital projects. You will be a key contributor to client delivery and knowledge sharing.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Deliver H&S consulting projects across multiple sectors
- Conduct compliance audits and regulatory assessments
- Support development, implementation, and improvement of H&S management systems
- Perform risk assessments, gap analyses, and management reviews
- Develop practical solutions to close compliance gaps and improve safety
- Prepare technical reports, audit findings, and client presentations
- Manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, and client communications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated EHS solutions
- Support proposal preparation and business development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality delivery
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Occupational Health & Safety
- Several years of H&S consulting or industry experience
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, management systems, and best practices
- Experience conducting compliance audits, management system assessments, or risk assessments
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and related standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
