pShape Sustainable Solutions Through Data and Science /p pWe are seeking a talented bGroundwater Modeling Environmental Data Management Consultant /b to join our growing environmental consulting team. In this role, you will contribute to complex environmental and water resource projects by applying your expertise in groundwater modeling, hydrogeology, and environmental data management to help clients address regulatory, operational, and sustainability challenges. /p pWorking alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will support projects across industrial, infrastructure, energy, and public-sector clients throughout Europe. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, calibrate, and interpret groundwater flow and contaminant transport models. /li liManage, analyze, and validate hydrogeological and environmental datasets. /li liSupport site investigations, remediation projects, and groundwater assessments. /li liPrepare technical reports, model documentation, and client deliverables. /li liIntegrate environmental monitoring data into databases and visualization tools. /li liCollaborate with technical specialists in hydrogeology, remediation, risk assessment, and environmental engineering. /li liSupport client presentations and contribute to project planning and execution. /li liEnsure data quality, consistency, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geosciences, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum 2 years of professional experience in groundwater modeling, hydrogeological assessments, environmental data management, or a related field. /li liExperience with groundwater modeling software such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, Visual MODFLOW, or similar tools. /li liStrong skills in environmental data analysis and management. /li liExperience working with GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is advantageous. /li liFamiliarity with environmental databases, data visualization, and reporting tools. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. /li liAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams. /li /ul h3Desirable Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience supporting contaminated site investigations and remediation projects. /li liKnowledge of European groundwater and environmental regulations. /li liExperience with programming or scripting tools such as Python, R, or SQL. /li liUnderstanding of environmental monitoring programs and data governance practices. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work on technically challenging and impactful environmental projects across Europe. /li liCollaboration with leading experts in hydrogeology, remediation, and environmental consulting. /li liProfessional development and training opportunities. /li liFlexible and hybrid working arrangements. /li liA supportive and international team environment. /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits package. /li /ul pERM is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, it’s an essential part of what makes ERM a great place to build a career and helps us create better solutions for our clients. /p pWe welcome talent from all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities for every candidate.
