You will join the Business Intelligence team as a Data Integration Specialist, focusing on designing and implementing advanced solutions for data integration and management. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Datasphere, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, contributing to strategic projects that enhance data quality and accessibility across the organization.
How will You contribute
- Design and develop scalable, optimized, and secure data integration pipelines;
- Utilize modern data management platforms, including Datasphere, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies;
- Collaborate with internal teams to define data integration strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Ensure data quality and governance through standardized processes and best practices;
- Optimize ETL/ELT workflows to deliver high-performance solutions;
- Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows;
- Support the development of Business Intelligence projects by providing reliable and actionable data for analysis and decision-making.
Who you are
You are a senior professional with strong technical skills, project management expertise, and a team-oriented mindset. You are solution-driven, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proactive attitude that drives you to propose innovations.
You have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in Data Integration or Data Engineering;
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: Datasphere, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric;
- Advanced skills in programming data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala;
- Familiarity with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and cloud architectures;
- Knowledge of data governance techniques and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency;
- Knowledge of financial planning processes;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian;
- Availability to travel.
