Overview In this role you will manage and govern Business Partner master data to support Finance operations across the group. You will partner with Finance Transformation and business stakeholders to harmonize data practices and implement automated workflows. You contribute to a centralized Shared Services model by standardizing processes, controls, and KPIs while ensuring data quality and compliance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how master data enables efficient procure-to-pay and supplier management at scale. Verantwortungsbereiche End-to-end creation, update and maintenance of Business Partner master data (vendors and suppliers); verify completeness, accuracy and compliance of requests Perform data activities in relevant systems; resolve data-related requests; monitor quality and document changes for traceability Define and implement standard procedures, controls and governance to harmonize partner data across countries, brands, and entities Collaborate with Finance Transformation to design, test and implement automated workflows via ServiceNow, integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba Support evolution toward a centralized Shared Services model by enabling process standardization, service levels, KPIs, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement Zentrale Anforderungen 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services Center or Finance Operations Hands-on Master Data Management experience, preferably with vendor/customer/Business Partner data Proficiency in Finance Operations and Procure-to-Pay processes; SAP Business Partner data experience preferred Knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba is advantageous High accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving and proactive continuous improvement mindset Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a fast-paced transformation environment Fluency in English collaboration across functions and geographies stakeholder management problem solving Master Data Management SAP Business Partner master data ServiceNow
