You will take on a wide range of tasks:

Prepare relocation packages, including cost estimates and assignment contracts, while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements

Collaborate with Mobility Consultants and internal departments (Talent, Finance, Tax, Immigration) for effective assignment management and approvals

Maintain frequent communication with assignees to monitor assignment progress and provide advice on mobility-related queries

Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and engage with the virtual Mobility support team to ensure efficient delivery of mobility services

Identify process improvements, resolve mobility-related issues, and assist in data management and compensation data collection as needed

Strong knowledge and experience in international mobility policies, processes, and systems, along with relevant tax and immigration legislation

Excellent communication skills in German and English
