Our Transaction Fraud team is looking for a talented analyst with experience in software development to join us. We specialize in using cutting-edge data science and AI technologies to combat transaction fraud, working closely with business partners to enhance our fraud monitoring systems and protect our customers. What to do:

• Collaborate with business partners and team members to enhance our fraud monitoring system
• Utilize data science and AI to detect and prevent fraud
• Ensure the solution meets the needs of our subsidiary in Romania and other CEE regions
• Conduct regular assessments and updates to the fraud monitoring system to ensure its effectiveness
• Provide training and support to team members and business partners on the use of the fraud monitoring system

You check these boxes:

• Technical education (University, FH, or similar) in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field of study
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with several years of working experience, preferably with Java
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and have a structured way of working
• Skill in translating high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team
• Experience in working in an agile product team
• Good English and German skills
• Experience with application frameworks (Spring (boot), and knowledge about architectural patterns is a plus
• Basic knowledge of data mining, exploration, visualization, and prototyping and experience with PL SQL is an advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted – the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802,– gross per year.
