Participate in origination efforts vis-a-vis top notch corporate clients including preparing client pitches and taking part in client meetings Contribute to and prepare credit applications, financial models (excel based) and briefing materials for senior management as part of your daily routine Play an active role in the execution of high profile syndicated and complex corporate transactions, including reviewing mandate and loan documentation Communicate with other syndication partners and contribute to the marketing activities of Erste Group Work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams across different Erste Group geographies, product and coverage units Monitor and review existing portfolio assets, composing reports and manage risks Your Background
Strong academic background and a university degree in finance, business, economics, law or similar with a study focus on banking & finance or corporate finance Good understanding of financial statements and deal structures, combined with a basic knowledge of mandate and loan documentation Several years of relevant professional experience in syndication, structured finance, corporate banking or a related field Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as strong attention to detail Fluency in German and English Our Offer
