You will lead the management team, drive operational excellence, and ensure that the business unit delivers on its strategic and financial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the business operations, profitability, and sustainable growth of the IBU.Lead and develop the management team while promoting ESCATEC’s vision, mission, and values.Coordinate activities across the IBU and ensure the effective implementation of approved business plans to achieve defined goals and objectives.Drive operational excellence and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of operations, processes, and organizational performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ESCATEC’s Standard Operating Procedures (ESCASOP).Develop and grow business with existing customers while actively supporting business development activities for new accounts.Analyze costs, operational performance, activities, and forecast data to monitor progress against business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare the annual IBU budget and, once approved, take appropriate actions to achieve or exceed agreed financial targets.Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system to support sound business and financial management.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance across the organization.Skills, Experience & QualificationPossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalentEntrepreneurship, management skills and leadership skillsResourceful, pro-active, independent and result oriented personalityAt least 10 years of relevant working experience in similar fields and positionsExcellent command of German and EnglishKey Result Areas (KRA)Achieve agreed profitability (NPAT) targets.Ensure strong customer satisfaction and delivery performance.Maintain high quality standards and minimize customer complaints.Optimize inventory levels and inventory ratio.Drive strong return on capital employed (ROCE). xshrkfv Ensure effective working capital utilization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
