Areas of responsibility:
- Project Manager of the newly founded ESCP research institute for entrepreneurial transformation: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the institute, with a particular focus on organizing, executing, developing, and controlling the institute’s strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in fostering relationships within local, national, and international ecosystems and coordinate efforts across ESCP’s European campuses. Additionally, you will oversee both operational and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running and growth of the institute.
- Project Manager for a Flagship Questionnaire-Based Research Study: This project shall be the institute’s strategic research project and aims at surveying 200+ European corporates on a yearly basis on topics on corporate entrepreneurship and innovation (e.g. entrepreneurial leadership, corporate venturing) and transformation (digitization, sustainability etc.). As Project Manager your responsibilities will include designing the study, managing the research database, leading outreach activities to corporate participants, and analyzing the survey data.

We are looking for:
- Completed, or are about to complete a PhD in entrepreneurship, innovation and/or technology management, management, strategy or in a related field with outstanding performance.
- 2+ years of experience as consultant, founder or project manager
- Distinct entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, proactiveness and excellent communication skills
- Hands-on attitude
- Excellent German and English skills
