(Senior) Marketing Manager (all genders)
from 16.01.2027 | Full-time | limited to 1 year (parental leave subsitute) | in Berlin | Fluent German & English required
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing activities in the area of executive education and open programmes
- Develop and coordinate the production of high-quality content (e.g. brochures)
- Identify target groups and market segments and address them (B2C and B2B)
- Coordinate external service providers
- Cooperate with the sales team to generate leads
- Measure and analyze marketing metrics for continuous optimization of activities
- Completed university studies in the field of economics, preferably business administration/marketing
- Proven professional experience in marketing
- Business fluent in German and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Exciting and varied tasks in an international team with opportunities for mobile working
