Sales Account Manager – Esko
Location: Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for software sales in the German market, specifically covering Bavaria and Austria.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business by actively prospecting and identifying potential clients in the packaging supply chain and brand owner sectors, positioning Esko as a trusted advisor to drive revenue.
- Achieve sales targets by taking ownership of goals, working independently to target and close new accounts, and accelerating the adoption of our SaaS solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from identifying and engaging leads through handling objections, delivering presentations, and closing deals aligned with customer needs and our offerings.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent generation, follow‑through, and closure of opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product management, marketing, customer success) to deliver optimal solutions, support, and to promote customer satisfaction and long‑term success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably SaaS.
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week (approximately 10 nights per month).
- Fluent in German and strong command of English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
