The shipping coordinator is responsible for organizing the worldwide machine and spare part shipments from our office in Itzehoe, Germany. Working hours can go from 25 to 40 hours per week .
In this role, a typical day will look like:

Handling of worldwide machine and spare part shipments according to the current export regulations and Incoterms.

Issuance of shipping documents: commercial invoice, CMR, certificate of origin, A.TR, etc.

Customs declarations on ATLAS (IAA-Plus).

Correspondence with the Esko sales organization and customers worldwide.

Inter-company invoicing based on chain transaction regulations.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Concluded education as Kaufmann/frau im Außenhandel or Speditionskaufmann/frau.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

Knowledge of import/export regulations and policies such as embargoed countries.

Team spirit and willingness to further education.
