Munich Business School (MBS) is a globally recognized university of applied sciences, accredited by FIBAA and AACSB, offering high-quality, research‑based education. We combine academic excellence with a strong international orientation and a focus on practical relevance.

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Marketing & Recruitment team as soon as possible, focusing on our Master’s programs with a 40% German and 60% international student body.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition, counseling, and support of prospective students and applicants
• Lead management and follow‑up
• Market and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies
• Regular data analysis and monitoring of recruitment success
• Planning, organising, and moderating events for prospective students on‑campus and online
• Representation of MBS at fairs and events (online, across Germany, and selected international locations)
• Close collaboration with Admissions teams

Profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with confident and professional demeanor (presentation experience is a plus)
• Self‑confident, outgoing, and enjoys talking to people on the phone
• Initial professional experience in recruitment, marketing, or sales; experience in higher education is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with excellent English (and German > A1) proficiency; additional languages are a plus
• Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of higher education and brand awareness
• Solution‑oriented, reliable, and detail‑focused working style
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner, as well as collaboratively in a team
• Strong organisational skills, motivation, and flexibility
• University degree in a relevant field
