Working on‑site in Seelze from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
  • Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
  • Proficient German and English (C1‑C2).
  • Good command of Windows O/S.
  • Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience.
  • Wireless networking knowledge.
  • Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN‑WAN setups and concepts.
