Job Responsibilities:
- Field Service SME
- Someone that knows Field Service from implementing it and supporting it at previous clients.
This client install has:
- No Customizations
- No Lightning code
- All configurations support existing install while working on future releases/enhancements
- Must have working knowledge of the following Salesforce Field Service functionality:
- Workflow rules
- Case Assignment rules
- Setting up Service territories
- Auto-Dispatch
- Auto-Scheduler
- SF FieldService Mobile App for use by the Service Techs and Drivers
- Parts Consumed and Parts Returned
