Project lead / Project manager – Life Science

What we want to trust you with

• You are responsible for the realization of robotics projects in the life science industry and ensure their correct and compliant execution.
• This includes conducting conceptual workshops, coordinating and conducting FATs, SATs and qualification of systems together with the customer.
• You will be responsible for ensuring quality, costs and deadlines within the project process.
• To coordinate the interfaces, you will work closely with all ESSERT departments as well as with our suppliers.
• In addition, you will be responsible for all communication with our customers during a project and their support.
• You will also work closely with the commercial and management teams.

What personalities we are looking for

• You have a degree or training in electrical engineering/mechatronics/mechanical engineering or industrial engineering and have several years of professional experience in project management – ideally in the automation industry.
• You have a good understanding of the entire automation value chain.
• It is an advantage if you are already familiar with processes in the life science industry – but not a must!
• You are an absolute team player with a high degree of personal responsibility, who performs your tasks in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• As you are the “face to the customer”, you have strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and reliability.
• You are business fluent in German and English.
