The Senior Application Manager SAP Manufacturing & Logistics reports to the Head of IT Applications at Satisloh Group. This role manages, configures, and tests SAP MM, PP, WM, QM applications, leads digitalization projects in Manufacturing and SAP/IT areas, and provides 2nd and 3rd level support. The incumbent collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including key users and partners, and develops training and support programs for key users.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading Manufacturing and Logistics applications
• Managing, configuring, and testing SAP modules MM, PP, WM, QM
• Analyzing and improving manufacturing and logistics processes
• Leading digitalization projects in manufacturing and SAP areas
• Collaborating with the SAP community at EssilorLuxottica
• Developing and maintaining key user concepts, enhancing SAP skills
• Staying updated on technology trends like AI, Industry 4.0, Cloud, and Digitalization

Professional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields
• Experience in a similar role with expertise in process harmonization and best practices
• Minimum 2 years’ SAP experience (mandatory: MM, PP; optional: WM, QM)
• Knowledge of other SAP modules
• Proactive in IT solutions, project leadership, and business-driven solutions
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
