Location Munich area

Home office 60% in the office and up to 40% remote working

Your role

This HR Business Partner will work closely with the business in transforming the business and driving the HR agenda.

Main Responsibilities

1. Act as a business partner to provide HR guidance,
2. Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the business and ensure the deployment of HR policy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning Compensation, Employment Law/Relations, etc.
3. Act as a high-impact and trusted change manager to the organization.
4. Close collaboration with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence.
5. Ensure compliance with German legislation.

Main Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
2. At least a first HRBP experience (minimum 3 years)
3. High problem solving and analytical capability;
4. Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
