For our Brand Building department we are looking for a Senior Global Growth Planning & Consumer Analytics Manager to support our team as soon as possible.

Your Role

• Lead Growth Planning
• Participate together with the Consumer Insights counterpart by category on defining routes of growth
• Consolidate multiple source analysis including Consumer Insights and market Data (e.g., Nielsen and Kantar Panel Data, etc.)
• KPI’s definition according with the specific Category/Project
• Develop and set benchmarks and targets for each category
• Lead Predictive Analytics implementation including AI by using sound business analysis to support projects and investments in Analytics activities globally and with the BU´s
• Support the interaction with global analytics partners (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)

• 8-10 years experince in similar position with relevant experience in analysing data and following up recomendations
• Very Good management on market tools as Nielsen and Panel Data
• Superior analyticial and communcation skills
• Excel in connecting different data sources within one analysis
• English fluent, any other language is a plus
• Flexibility to travel
