With over 60 years of experience, TENA is the world’s leading incontinence brand, offering a full range of absorbent products, skincare, and digital health technology solutions that are tailored to the needs of individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals. We are currently looking for a Global Digital Manager (m/f/d), preferably based in one of our global team hubs in Munich, Germany, or Gothenburg, Sweden, as maternity cover for approximately 11 months.
About the Role
In this role, you will build our brands by defining the way we present them in digital channels and interact with consumers. You will cooperate closely with digital, D2C, and e-commerce teams in lead markets, IT, global communication, and innovations managers, to consistently position our brand in a territory that drives company sales growth and reaches overall Essity targets. In this position, you will report to the Global Marketing and Communications Director.
What You Will Do

Responsible for the global digital strategy, vision, and roadmap for TENA across key target audiences (Women, Men, CGRs).

Own the global digital brand ecosystem ensuring consumer-centricity, shop-ability, agility, and efficiency.

Constantly improve usability, governance, and design of brand touchpoints (website, social media, mobile apps, e-retail) in close cooperation with markets to drive consumer engagement, converting into sales.

Own the digital budget and the relationship with CMS, media, eCRM, UX, development, e-commerce, and search agency partners.

Work closely with the global analytics team to define KPIs for success, drive insights from analyses, monitor effectiveness of digital activities, and recommend and implement improvements.

Own development of global guidelines such as search (paid & SEO) & commercial content, co-develop media and community management guidelines, social media playbook, supporting markets to drive optimization.

Provide digital consultancy to global communication and innovation managers with understanding on how analytics and insights can help optimize the consumer experience journey.

Review new technologies, innovations, consumer behaviors, and test new innovative digital approaches to keep the company at the forefront.

Develop and share digital best practices driving a wider transformation towards a digital culture and mindset.

Work with/lead the global content manager to deliver consumer-&-shopper-centric content for all owned and paid assets.
Who You Are

8-10 years of digital marketing (search, data, analytics, eCRM, eCommerce, content, digital services) in local/regional or global roles (university degree or equivalent education).

Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies, with a very good understanding of digital/mobile IT solutions and capabilities.

Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire ecosystem.

Proven success in content publishing frameworks, managing digital platforms, SEO, paid search, PPC, experience in e-commerce and agile methodologies is a plus.

Affinity with content marketing delivery needs, solutions, and processes.

Ability to influence key stakeholders in a global matrix organization and effectively manage work across organizational boundaries to get things done in a collaborative way – high resilience and solution-oriented attitude.

Effective communicator towards digital peers as well as senior management.

Fluent in English both verbally and written; other languages are a plus.
