In this role, you connect business needs with digital solutions within Essity’s MES landscape to improve efficiency and quality.
You will collaborate with manufacturing sites worldwide, translating needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of Proficy MES-based solutions.
The position involves stakeholder-driven analysis, project coordination, and driving continuous improvement in a global setting.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape digital initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance and business outcomes.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution specs
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical stakeholders
