We sell our products and solutions in around 1 50 countries under many strong brands, including the global market leaders TENA and Tork, as well as well-known brands such as Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.We are searching for a Sales Manager responsible for delivering agreed financial targets by leading, directing and managing sales activities for Consumer Tissue and Personal Care business in Switzerland as soon as possible.Your RoleLead the Switzerland Sales function for the Consumer Tissue and Personal Care divisions, reporting to the Commercial Director Italy & Switzerland, with leadership responsibility for a team of 2 sales professionals and direct accountability for the Migros customer accountDefine, implement, and execute the sales strategy aligned with business objectives and Go-to-Market plans by setting sales targets, directing resource allocation, optimizing customer segmentation and prioritization, and driving overall sales performanceO wn full country and customers profitability (P&L) and deliver financial targets through optimal resource deployment, sales forecasting and budgeting, revenue growth initiatives, profitability improvement plans, and a strong Net Revenue Management approachLead and develop customer and commercial plans by supporting and coordinating the sales team in annual agreement negotiations, listing and assortment planning, promotional activities, and by building strong relationships with strategic customers and key opinion leaders to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable profitable growthMonitor, analyze, and communicate business performance by tracking sales volumes, revenues, costs, market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities; identifying risks and opportunities; adapting plans accordingly and presenting strategies, forecasts, and results to local and regional senior managementAct as the key commercial leader for Switzerland , coordinating cross-functional collaboration across Customer Marketing, Marketing, Controlling, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and manufacturing sites; driving continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and leading the development of the sales organization’s structure, talent, and capabilitiesYou Identify Yourself WithEven if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you!Relevant Industry experience: at least 7-10 years of proven successful experience within Top FMCG companiesStrong negotiation skillsStrong collaboration, communication and influencing skillsCommercial and business acumen, strategic/holistic thinking and proven ability to manage complex tasks within a matrix organizationValue creation mentality & financial acumenTeam leadership responsibility experience and result orientationDeep Knowledge of Swiss Retailers landscape and specificitiesFluency in German and English are a mustOur Benefits for YouThe benefits listed refer to the primary location.
