Senior Scientist (DMPK)

We’re working with a well-funded biotechnology company in Basel, Switzerland, entering its next stage of growth as it builds out its therapeutic drug discovery capabilities.The company is developing new programmes and is looking to strengthen its DMPK expertise to support scientific decision-making as projects progress through early discovery.Key Responsibilities:Provide DMPK input across early-stage drug discovery programmes.Support programme strategy through the interpretation of pharmacokinetic and ADME data.Work closely with multidisciplinary discovery teams to guide compound progression.Identify potential DMPK risks and opportunities during programme development.Support study planning and scientific decision-making across discovery projects.Contribute to the continued development of the company’s broader drug discovery capabilities.Qualifications:DMPK experience gained within biotechnology, pharmaceutical or drug discovery environments.Experience contributing to multidisciplinary therapeutic discovery programmes.Understanding of ADME and pharmacokinetics within early drug discovery.Oncology and/or immunology drug discovery experience is highly relevant.Ability to interpret scientific data and communicate recommendations clearly across project teams.Comfortable working within a growing and entrepreneurial biotechnology environment.What’s Offered:Opportunity to join a well-funded biotechnology company at an important stage of development.Meaningful influence across emerging therapeutic discovery programmes.Collaborative, multidisciplinary scientific environment.Based in the Basel region, Switzerland.*Please note, if you do not meet the above criteria, and have not heard from me within 14 days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful* #J-18808-Ljbffr
