Customer Supply Chain SpecialistFor our Supply Chain Team in Munich, we are currently seeking a Customer Supply Chain Specialist.Your Key Responsibilities:Steering supply chain processes for selected customer groups.Managing incoming orders in SAP and optimizing service rates, fill rates, and logistical costs.Ensuring a smooth just-in-time delivery process by coordinating activities with European distribution centers and transportation service providers.Collaborating with brand teams to ensure punctual delivery of new launches and collateral materials.Serving as the primary contact for all inquiries regarding order status, after-sales support, and reverse logistics.Continuously improving supply chain performance through data analysis, scorecard maintenance, and close cooperation with sales and internal supply chain partners.Frequent communication with the customer’s supply chain team to achieve Efficient Consumer Response objectives.Participation in local and international supply chain projects.RequirementsYour Profile:Masters or bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.Initial professional experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in a trade company or consumer goods industry.Career aspirations in supply chain management.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Strong service orientation and confident communication with internal and external contacts.Team-oriented approach combined with a hands-on attitude.Precise, independent, and result-driven work style, along with strong problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Some experience in presenting to customers.Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is an asset.
