Supply Chain Excellence Manager DACH (m / w / d)

We are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Excellence Manager DACH (m / f / d) in Munich at the earliest possible date

Your responsibilities :

• Continuous Improvement : Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
• Digitalization and Automation : Leveraging technology and automation to enhance supply chain processes and decision-making.
• Transportation and Logistics : Managing the collaboration with our transportation partners and distribution hubs in terms of service quality, speed and reliability.
• Performance Management : Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring supply chain performance against targets.
• Customer needs and Customer collaboration : Coaching and developing the Supply Chain Management skills of our talents in Customer Care
• Leading the Supply Chain Backoffice Team (Operational functions : Claims, Returns, Transportation, Employee Stores Switzerland)

Qualifications

Your profile :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation : ideally also in demand and supply planning, customer care and procurement.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Supply Chain of ELC
