In this role, you will connect business needs with technology solutions, oversee local IT services, and ensure a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders. Working closely with business leaders, regional IT teams, and service providers, you will play a key role in delivering reliable IT operations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strategic technology initiatives. This role is based in Galgenen, Switzerland. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliSupport the Swiss IT Campus Lead in partnering with the business /liliAdvise users on IT best practices, roles and responsibilities, support models, policies, standards, and procedures through guidance, documentation, and workshops /liliTranslate localized business challenges into practical technology solutions and support the Swiss IT Campus Lead in driving the global technology strategy /liliOversee local IT service delivery, vendor performance, and user satisfaction. /liliLead incident escalation and coordinate resolution of critical service issues. /liliSupport IT projects, site expansions, office moves, and technology deployments. /liliEnsure compliance with IT security, risk, and governance standards. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. /liliManage local IT budgets, forecasts, and technology investments. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulli8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, or a related field. /liliStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. /liliExperience managing IT vendors and service providers. /liliWorking knowledge of networks, infrastructure, end-user computing, collaboration tools, and cybersecurity. /liliAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. /liliExperience managing budgets and operational costs. /liliITIL Foundation certification required. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliA proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. /liliA strong communicator who can influence and build relationships across all levels. /liliA strategic thinker who can balance business priorities with technology requirements. /liliA hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results. /li /ulh3Why Join Us? /h3pThis is an opportunity to make a visible impact at the intersection of business and technology.
