We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager who can speak and write in German. In this role, you

will be the first point of contact for our incoming German leads and clients. You will help them map their

requirements to our services offerings and make their onboarding experience easier. You will work as a

coordinator in between our Amazon experts and German clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Fluently converse in German with our incoming leads from German potential clients
  • Record all interactions in CRM and follow up leads proactively
  • Identify the prospective client’s requirement and offer a relevant solution
  • Remain logged in and available for contact during German working hours
  • Take responsibility of converting leads to clients
  • Travel to trade shows & expo in Germany once or twice a year

Nature of calls:

Not pre-scheduled, most calls are to be proactively made.

Who you are:

  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce or Amazon marketplace (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently

Work Location: Work from home.

Work Hours:

Flexible shift: 5 hour per week during German business hours. Will be increased after a few months.

Remuneration:

€15-20 per hour.

Commitment:

You will be expected to work in this role for one year. The engagement can be expanded to full-time and

extended beyond one year, with mutual consent.
