It accompanies the procedure concerning remains located within an archaeological perimeter and implements excavations and, if necessary, measures to preserve the remains.

It promotes the research carried out in the form of publications.

To raise awareness among various audiences about archaeological heritage, the Service organizes open days, conferences, and exhibitions and participates in events.

Missions- You work under the supervision of the sector head and in collaboration with the technical and scientific staff of the sector.- In the field, you contribute to the clearing of remains and ensure their recording in plan/section.- As part of post-excavation work, you scan field notes and collaborate with scientific and technical staff for the finalizing of records and the production of plans.- For the publication of studies, you execute scientific drawings of all types of movable and immovable archaeological remains, from the sketch to the publishable version, in collaboration with the scientific staff.- Upon request, you may be required to design historical reconstructions (landscapes, buildings, scenes of life).

Desired profile- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) and a higher complementary ES diploma as a designer, graphic artist, or equivalent.- Your professional experience demonstrates a marked interest in scientific drawing, ideally in the archaeological field, or you have proven experience in archaeology, particularly in graphic tasks not only in the field but also for publication (plans/artifacts).- You master common graphic software, particularly the Adobe suite.

You have good knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (Arc GIS) and/or digital photogrammetry.

You also master an office suite and current web tools.- You demonstrate a positive character and show the willingness to integrate and work in a team, while being able to demonstrate rigor and autonomy.- You hold a driver's license and ideally have a vehicle.- You master the French or German language and have good knowledge of the other language. jidd1f9bd6aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
