For the planning and coordination of the BMS programme, as well as for student advising, the Medicine section is seeking a coordinator.
The coordinator is integrated into the Med-Office of the Medicine section and is supported by the secretariat.
He or she works under the responsibility of the chairperson of the Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences study commission.

Your tasks Coordination and planning of the Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences programme: Ensure the administrative and scientific follow-up of the BMS study commission Plan and organise the study programme with the various internal and external partners Ensure documentation and communication between the different actors of the programme Student advising: Conduct information sessions and provide individual advice, including to prospective students.
Pedagogical development and support: Advise and guide the heads of teaching units as well as the teachers.
