It has the status of a public law institution and is endowed with legal personality. It is attached to the Directorate of Security, Justice and Sport, under the high supervision of the State Council. To learn more, follow this link.Missions- Ensure a guard service and exercise constant surveillance of detainees, taking into account the various detention regimes.- Manage the reception of the detention center (entries/exits, camera).- Escort detainees during maintenance or work activities.- Contribute to the rehabilitation of detainees by having a positive influence on them.- Enforce discipline, order, and security among detainees.Desired profile- Federal VET Diploma (CFC), or equivalent, with several years of professional experience.- Federal Certificate for Detention Officers from the Swiss Center of Expertise in Prison and Probation, or be willing to follow the training.- Good physical and mental condition, as well as flexibility and resistance to stress.- Sense of human relations, communication, and conflict management.- Willingness to work in shifts (irregular working hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).- Willingness to intervene outside working hours in cases of force majeure.- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office).- Clean criminal record and debt collection register extracts.- Mastery of French or German with good knowledge of the other language.Contact details jidf93fed5aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
