General Secretary of the Judicial AuthoritiesThe General Secretary of the Judicial Authorities plays a central role within the latter; the mission is to provide support and expertise to the governance bodies and assumes X missions.Your mission consists of assisting the General Secretary in the support provided to the Commission of Judicial Authorities (CAAJ), the management and supervisory body of the latter. As the person responsible for the institution's project portfolio, you ensure the coordination of resources and risks. You guarantee their monitoring and reporting by ensuring the rigorous application of project management methods and standards. In addition, you support entities in the deployment of their projects, integrating a change management approach. In parallel, you ensure the development and steering of internal control and risk management systems for the judicial authorities. In this capacity, you advise and coordinate the various actors in the development and implementation of these systems. You develop the steering and reporting tools necessary for decision-making and ensure the construction and maintenance of the judicial authorities' business continuity plan. Integrated into a small team where interdependence and versatility are essential, you provide, as needed, your support to the activities of other members of the General Secretariat and contribute to the overall coherence of the functioning of the judicial authorities.ProfileHolder of a university master's degree, you demonstrate confirmed experience in project management and change management, ideally acquired in an institutional or consulting environment. Experience in risk development constitutes an appreciated asset. You master the steering of activities and internal control and risk management systems. Added to this is proven expertise in project management methods. Equipped with excellent writing skills, you know how to structure and communicate complex information with clarity and precision. A good knowledge of the regulatory framework specific to public institutions completes your technical background.
