The objective is to enable them to achieve the autonomy necessary to participate in economic and social life.

The integration component includes a center for teaching basic skills (French, numeracy, and digital literacy).

Based in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds, the ESPACE structure has 17 teachers, a course coordinator, and a manager.

Missions As the manager of teachers in basic skills and course coordinator, you lead and supervise a team of 18 people and report directly to the head of the office.

In this capacity, you supervise all associated missions, whether regarding teaching, administrative aspects of the courses, or their management.

You ensure all tasks related to the management of teachers, handle HR aspects (time tracking, management of replacements, compliance with the regulatory framework), and are also responsible for hiring and supervising staff.

In close collaboration with the personnel under your charge, you divide your schedule between the 2 teaching sites in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds.

You lead meetings and working groups on various topics specific to ensuring and maintaining the quality of teaching.

Furthermore, you collaborate closely with the head of the office, the andragogical manager, the professionals working within the structure, as well as with external partners.

You actively contribute to team cohesion, maintaining a positive collective dynamic, and the smooth operation of the structure.

Finally, you represent the OIFA teaching division in various meetings and commissions.

Profile Holding a university degree or an equivalent title, ideally in the field of adult education or human sciences, you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of teaching and team management.

Continuing education in human resources management is an asset.

Committed and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you understand current pedagogical issues.

Your analytical mind allows you to unite the teaching team, facilitate work sessions, and arbitrate disputes with diplomacy.

The position requires great ease in administrative tasks and personnel management as well as proven skills in the andragogical field, preferably with a migrant audience.

You value teamwork and demonstrate a fine knowledge of integration issues.

Organized and comfortable with digital tools, you also possess solid writing skills and a real ability to initiate, structure, and carry out projects.
