The company located between Aachen and Bonn (close to the A1/A4 highway) has approx. 50 employees incl. production and ambitious growth plans for the coming years. Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks
End-to-end responsibility for finance. accounting and controlling of the company
Transferring accounting to the company and setting up subsequent internal processes and structures
Taking the lead in implementing an ERP-system and setting up the relevant processes
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as balance sheets according to HGB
Preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
Contact person for banks and auditors
Reporting to the parent company’s group structures and acting as a sparring partner for the CFO in Sweden
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting, finance and/or taxes or a qualification as an accountant
Secure knowledge of financial statements and balance sheets
High level of initiative, confidentiality, entrepreneurial thinking and business acumen
High IT-affinity
Business fluent in German and English
Energetic and passionate personality with can-do mentality and an international mindset
