Head (m/f/d) of Global Demand & Capacity Management
Tasks
Global responsibility for harmonization, standardization, and monitoring of S&OP and production planning processes
Development and implementation of global demand and capacity strategies and a professional S&OP structure
Continuous improvement of existing and implementation of new processes and tools
Analysis and optimization of stock in close cooperation with production plants and warehouses worldwide
Requirements
Technical or business degree
Profound experience in the area of S&OP/ demand planning in an international environment
Leadership experience in supply chain positions at an industrial company
Good digital knowhow and knowledge in data analytics
Long-term experience in working with planning tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Very good skills in English
Trustworthy person living in the German-Swiss border region
