Head (m/f/d) of Global Demand & Capacity Management

Tasks

1. Global responsibility for harmonization, standardization, and monitoring of S&OP and production planning processes.
2. Development and implementation of global demand and capacity strategies and a professional S&OP structure.
3. Continuous improvement of existing processes and tools, and the implementation of new ones.
4. Analysis and optimization of stock in close cooperation with production plants and warehouses worldwide.

Requirements

1. Technical or business degree.
2. Profound experience in S&OP / demand planning in an international environment.
3. Leadership experience in supply chain positions within an industrial company.
4. Good digital know-how and knowledge of data analytics.
5. Long-term experience with planning tools and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
6. Excellent English skills.
7. A trustworthy person living in Germany, Switzerland, or Romania.
