Your key responsibilities will include:Enter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulationsSupport the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow managementManage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting systemEnsure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP systemParticipate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activitiesAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting proceduresSupport the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflowsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queriesProvide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required Your ProfileCommercial CFC or equivalent qualification2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelExperience with an ERP system would be an advantage knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standardsFluent in French with a good command of English, both written and spoken Do you want to take up this challenge?We look forward to receiving your application!
