Someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.We offer youA challenging position in an open and dynamic midsized employer within an international environment.Competitive compensation with great working conditions in a modern and innovative high-tech company.Your MissionMaintain Quality documentation in the DMS (Document Management System).Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).Prepare quality metrics, KPI reports, and Management Review documentation.Support quality training administration and supplier qualification activities.Coordinate and support internal audits.Act as Key User for Moovapps (Non-Conformance Data).Support the management of non-conformities, CAPAs, and change controls.Act as Key User FaTool (Equipment Calibration).Coordinate the calibration program and maintain measuring equipment records in FaTool.Gradually assume Key User responsibilities for additional Quality systems and applications.Your ProfileCommercial CFC, Business Diploma, or equivalent qualificationInitial experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management environment is desirableInternal Auditor certification is an advantageStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems would be beneficialExcellent communication skills in French, with a good working knowledge of English (B2 level or above)Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support usersDo you want to take up this challenge?We look forward to receiving your application!
