Our mission at SafeAD is to bring autonomous driving to the masses. Therefore we develop a next-generation autonomous driving perception and scene understanding system: It does not rely on expensive sensors or HD maps but follows a mapless, vision-first, all-AI philosophy.
In this role, you’ll:
- Improve and develop additional features of our multi-task scene understanding AI model
- Optimize and deploy the model to run on production hardware
- Test your software in our self-driving vehicle
At a minimum we’d like you to have:
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics or equivalent experience
- Experience solving problems using Machine Learning with PyTorch
- Strong experience programming in C++ and Python
- A strong team player and learning mindset
It’s preferred if you have:
- Hands-on experience in the fields of autonomous driving and computer vision
- Experience in applying machine learning to 3D scene understanding tasks
- Have worked in mid to large software projects
