Overview PhD role focused on developing machine-learning-based sparse 3D reconstruction for fast virtual histopathology of tumor biopsies using X-ray phase-contrast imaging. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary setting to improve clinical workflows and potentially cancer patient outcomes. You will design data pipelines, develop reconstruction algorithms, and communicate results through publications and conferences. This position combines cutting-edge imaging science with translational clinical impact, within ETH Zurich/PSI collaboration.
