Über die Rolle
Our client is a sustainable and people centric multinational company, global leader in the chemical sector, who is now looking for a Global Coil Radiation Cure Specialist The key activities for this role are: Timely execution of planned tasks in accordance with the quality, health, safety, and environmental system to support projects Responsibility for and development of appropriate laboratory procedures Logging completed work and accurate results Responsibility for the examination, evaluation, and presentation of results Preparation of reports and presentations Support in the continuous development of the department Close collaboration with others Your requirements Completed training as a paint laboratory technician with further training as a technician; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in (coating) chemistry or polymer science.
Relevant professional experience in the R&D (Research and Development) field of the coil-coating industry.
Initial knowledge in electron beam and UV curing of coatings is advantageous.
Experience in product development.
Knowledge in project management is desirable.
Independent, organized, and methodical work approach.
Commitment and teamwork.
Analytical and communicative skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and pronounced results orientation.
Fluent English skills are mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous.
