Financial Director

Eton Bridge Partners is supporting a leading organisation in the facilities management space, to hire a Finance Director in the Frankfurt area. This is a crucial role driving the finance strategy, ensuring and maintaining a best-in-class finance function, working hand-in-hand with the senior leadership team as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and working with the finance team to ensuring business needs are delivered
• Business partner with the SLT providing strategic, analytical and business support
• Preparation and review of annual budget, monthly forecasting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Driving improvement in financial processes & systems by reviewing systems and processes across the parts of the business. Implementation of new accounting procedures.
• Management of all processes for AR, AP, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting etc.

Candidate Profile:

• A proven finance leader with a strong & qualified accounting background
• Track record in the delivery of financial information to deadlines
• Strong people management skills and experience of developing team
