We are supporting a c.€4bn turnover major international manufacturing/ industrials business through an exciting period of transformation following a carve-out from a global group after PE investment.
This will be a 6-month contract, located in Germany, and are requiring 3-4 days onsite at the office.
We are looking for a senior finance leader to work closely with the incoming CFO and help professionalise and transform the finance function.
The role will focus on:
- Leading finance transformation in a large, international environment
- Providing senior oversight across FP&A, Treasury and Group Finance
- Helping build a more professionalised, PE-ready finance function
- Supporting the business through its carve-out and next phase of development
- Acting as a senior partner to the CFO
Ideal background:
- Significant CFO, Deputy CFO or senior finance transformation experience
- Strong Private Equity experience
- Experience operating at scale within an international business
- Ideally manufacturing, industrials, energy or similarly complex environments
- German market experience / German language capability preferred
