Responsibilities
Student Success : Act as a key point of contact for student attestations, study plans, and exam facilitation.
Faculty Synergy : Maintain seamless communication with international faculty, ensuring Moodle platforms, faculty rooms, and contact databases are current and optimized.
Operational Precision : Manage the administrative lifecycle of the academic department with meticulous attention to detail.
Facility Coordination : Serve as the primary liaison for campus logistics (BAT43), managing supplies, deliveries, and vendor relations in partnership with the Office Coordinator.
Campus Atmosphere : Ensure a welcoming, professional, and safe environment; provide occasional support for event setups and front-desk activities.
Community Face : Be the friendly, professional presence that students, staff, and visitors encounter when they need support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Native or
C‑level English
is essential.
Intermediate French (B2+)
is required for local logistical coordination.
High digital literacy with the ability to master academic platforms ( Moodle ) and administrative software quickly.
Soft Skills : You possess "Poise under pressure". You are culturally aware, highly organized, and take initiative before being asked.
Professionalism : A sophisticated communication style suitable for an elite business school environment.

Compensation : CHF 37,500 per year, paid in 13 installments.
