Sales Specialist (all genders)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Proactive acquisition of new customers
2. Identifying customer needs
3. Conducting product and service demonstrations (remote or in-person)
4. Creating and negotiating offers
5. Collaborating on the implementation of digitization projects
6. Participating in industry fairs
7. Internal reporting

Your Qualifications:

1. Relevant sales experience
2. Sense of urgency
3. Ability to close deals quickly, results-oriented, independent, competitive
4. Challenger sales approach
5. English and German language skills are required (Italian desirable)
6. Communication skills, empathy, and active listening
7. Relationship and conflict management
8. Organizational talent and proactive attitude
9. Problem-solving skills, creativity, and initiative

Salary: Attractive salary package starting at €55,000 gross/year + up to 15% bonus + electric car and paid overtime for special projects. The actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal conversation, with a willingness to significantly overpay based on qualifications and experience.
