This role is ideal for a senior professional with extensive expertise in downstream processing (DSP), GMP manufacturing operations, and process optimization. As a key technical expert, you will be responsible for supporting commercial and clinical manufacturing activities, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process robustness. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Automation, and Project teams to drive efficient and reliable production performance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Operations Plan, coordinate, and oversee DSP manufacturing campaigns from preparation through execution and completion. Monitor production performance and ensure timely and compliant execution of manufacturing activities. Analyze process data, evaluate results, and provide technical support during manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. Support production teams in delivering manufacturing objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Technical Leadership
