Principal Consultant at Euro London Appointments

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales candidate looking to continue their successful career within this vibrant Advertising Solutions company. Working with some of the world\’s biggest brands, you will prospect new clients in the DACH market.

The offices are located in the heart of Munich, with a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. As a Business Development Executive, you will be a hunter profile, focused on acquiring new business and selling to both new and existing clients.

With offices in Sydney, New York, and Toronto, there are opportunities to pursue a career in these territories later in your tenure with the company.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Prospect new and existing clients at a high level, hunt for new business, and confidently sell via cold outreach.
  2. Arrange meetings with top-tier CPG, FMCG, and OTC companies across Europe to educate them about our platforms and how they can benefit their business.
  3. Utilize online CRM tools, including Salesforce, to maintain detailed contact, account, meeting, and opportunity information.
  4. Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Creative & Production teams, to sell, execute, and manage campaigns.
  5. Research and manage potential leads through LinkedIn and industry databases to understand market dynamics and key players.
  6. Prepare quotes for qualified prospects and opportunities.
  7. Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to potential direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Native German speaker with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High initiative, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills.
  • Competitive, ambitious, with a strong sales aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
